B Street Collaborative participates in a variety of mentorship and training initiatives in the performing arts.

Creative Director Dylan Trowbridge works with emerging actors and directors both in-person at B Street’s Mentorship Studio and virtually over Zoom.

Actors-in-Residence Program

In addition, BSC’s Actors-in-Residence initiative helps expand our in-house capacity to foster connections, provide resources, and provide mentorship and coaching to young artists in the city.

Production Mentorship

BSC also provides mentorship to emerging independent theatre companies, most recently supporting Dead Raccoon Theatre’s 2024 Fringe Show, 86 Me: The Restaurant Play.
